H ow many people do you think you will have?
The restaurant can be divided into two areas to provide a private space for your special day.
Together, we will set a menu for your guests with choices for each course. To start, your can choose either to serve assorted Hors d'Oeuvres whilst the guests arrive, or if they are seated first, a choice of entree. Main course would be choices of 3 or 4 items. Dessert can be your wedding cake or choice of 3 desserts.
Here are some of our classic dessert suggestions:
- Sinful Marble Chocolate Torte - perfumed with cognac and served with rasberry coulis;
- King Island Brie and Fresh Fruit; OR

- Bring your own Wedding Cake.
The price per head varies depending on the day of the week and whether it is for a daytime celebration or an evening. It also depends on whether you require a cocktail style celebration or a sit down 3 course.
When it comes to alcohol, you can run a tab for your guests providing a base deposit or expect a budget of around $45.00 per person for our standard drinks package.

Trio's provides basic white linen for the table settings at no extra charge. You may add decorations - some weddings use a decorator, others simply bring in flowers, place cards etc. With simple instructions for the Trio's staff, these are deliverd the day before for set up on your special day.
