Weddings at Trio's

Here is some general information about wedding receptions at Trio's:

• Trio's is a venue for many weddings, large and small.
• Our deck outside is covered and weatherproof.
• Every seat in the restaurant has lovely views of the Noosa River.
• The inside dining room seats around 40 people.
• We can serve up to 90 people on our outside deck.

How many people do you think you will have?

Between the two areas is our bar and the entertainment areas for musicians and the dance floor.

Together, we will set a menu for your guests with choices for each course.

To start, either assorted Hors d'Oeuvres whilst the guests arrive and mill about or if they are seated first, a choice of entree. Main course would be choices of 3 or 4 items. Dessert can be just wedding cake or you can have it included in choice of desserts.

We can provide your wedding cake or ours (made by our chef). It can feature on your menu with a choice of other deserts if you like - the chocolate wedding cake is the most popular.

Here are some other classic chef's dessert choices:

• Flourless "Chocoloate Indulgence" Wedding Cake
• Hazelnut Meringue Torte - layered with home made ice cream in seasonal flavours (mixed berries/mango & lime/apricot & coconut)
• King Island Brie and Fresh Fruit

The price per head varies between $50 to $60 depending on the day of the week and whether it is lunch or dinner.

Alcohol is extra: you can run a tab for your guests. Expect to budget between $25 to $30 per head.

If you are planning to have music, we can suggest local musicians appropriate to your taste and our venue. There is a dance floor here.

We can provide basic white linen for the table settings at no extra charge. You may add decorations - some weddings use a decorator, others simply bring in flowers, place cards, etc and we help with arranging them.
