Our seafood

We use the most local source possible.

Our daily specials are always fresh, locally caught fish.

We always have 2 daily fish specials that are the chef's choice of recipes.

The daily specials tend to use seasonal vegetagles; are often innovative and are always our best sellers.


Our most common fish on our menu, depending on season are:

  • Swordfish - year round;
  • Snapper - winter and colder seasons;
  • Yellowfin Tuna - caught a week either side of the full moon;
  • Atlantic salmon - farmed in SA and TAS;
  • Mahi Mahi - caught year round in warmer waters; and
  • Seafood Platter for two is the most popular.

These fish are available occasionally:

  • Pearl Perch - locally caught;
  • Sweet Lip - also known as one of the emperor family (local year round)
  • Barramundi - wild caught in Northern Territory and North Queensland

Aquaculture ("Farmed") / Wild caught Farmed fish means we can get it reliably, year round. With salmon, the colour is deeper red in the wild fish, but the flavour is very similar. We only use wild caught barramundi as the flavour is better.
