A choice of 3 - 5 as listed on the Hors d’Oeuvres menu.

3 choices of entree depending on number of guests.

Mains

3 or 4 choices of:

Chicken Curry
Eye Fillet of Beef
Fresh Fish of the Day
Lamb Tenderloin
Crispy Free Range Duckling

Dessert

Choice of 3 desserts from our dessert menu

Trio's famous Chocolate Indulgence Cake

A menu can be discussed and tailored to meet your budget and palet! If you require a cocktail style function, we can organize a menu with" fork food" or select from the canopies list. The waitstaff serve this to you while you mix and mingle through the entire evenning (there is always ample food) Any special dietary requests are catered for.

There is no hire fee for the restaurant should you require the entire space. We also have a seperate function room available.

$55 to $70 Dinner Menu (depends on the date)

Entrée a choice of -:

Soup of the day.
Garlic and Dill Calamari - served with a kaffir lime mayonnaise.
Smoked Salmon on local mixed greens with fresh asparagus, red onion and baby capers with balsamic drizzle.
Vietnamese Chicken Salad - served warm on a salad of wombok, coriander, tomato, snowpea sprouts and red onion with glass noodles and cashew nuts.
A LARGE RANGE OF VARIOUS FRESH SEAFOOD on request.

Mains a choice of -:

Fresh Fish of the Day - on a greek salsa with balsamic drizzle and capsicum jam.
Eye Fillet of Beef - Premium grade - roasted field mushroom on a roast garlic onion and tomato compote.
Crispy Free Range Duck - slow cooked with a port wine orange jus with braised leek.
Chicken Breast wrapped in prosciutto etc. OR stuffed with leek and brie etc.

Desserts a choice of -:

Sinful Marble Chocolate Torte. .
Cheesecake of the Season.
Profiteroles with creme patissierre and hot chocolate sauce.

A selection of fine Australian Cheeses and Fruits.
