In general, we like to offer a choice of 3 of each course on a function menu.

Entrée

A choice of 3 - 5 listed on the Hors d’Oeuvres menu and garlic bread
OR
3 choices off the current menu

Mains

3 or 4 choices of:

Chicken Curry
Eye Fillet of Beef
Fresh Fish of the Day
Lamb Tenderloin
Crispy Free Range Duckling

Dessert

Choice of 3 desserts from our dessert menu
OR
Trio's famous Chocolate Indulgence Cake

Cheaper luncheon menus can be discussed. If it’s a cocktail style you require we can do a selection of 8 Hors d’Oeuvres with garlic and plain breads while guests enjoy the celebration. Any special dietary requests can be meet.

Soup of the day
Garlic and Dill Calamari - served with a kaffir lime mayonnaise
Smoked Salmon on local mixed greens with fresh asparagus red onion and baby capers with balsamic drizzle.
Vietnamese Chicken Salad - served warm on a salad of wombok coriander tomato snowpea sprouts red onion and glass noodles and cashew nuts

A selection of 5 Hors d’Oeuvres instead of Entree

Mains

Choice of:

Fresh Fish of the Day - on a greek salsa balsamic drizzle and capsicum jam
Eye Fillet of Beef - Premium grade - roasted field mushroom on roast garlic onion and tomato compote
Crispy Free Range Duck - slow cooked with a port wine orange jus with braised leek
Chicken Breast wrapped in prosciutto served on a parmesan mash lemon thyme Beurre monte

Hazelnut Meringue Torte - layered with Mango & Lime ice cream
